Water Reducing and Set Retarding Plasticising Admixture

DESCRIPTION

MegaFlow P4 is liquid, plasticising, water reducing and retarding concrete admixture based on a high grade modi- fied lignosulphonic acid derivative.

MegaFlow P4 is formulated from care- fully selected raw materials and is manu- factured under controlled conditions to give a consistent product.

USES

MegaFlow P4 is used to produce easily workable and dense concrete for all types of ready-mixed concrete, tunnels, runways, canals, reservoirs and marine structures, etc. It can also be used as waterproofer to reduce permeability of concrete.

COMPATIBILITY

MegaFlow P4 can be used with all types of cements and cementitious materials like fly-ash, GGBS, micro silica, etc. Mega- Flow P4 should not be premixed with other admixtures.

DOSAGE

Recommended dosage is 0.5 – 1.5% by weight of cementitions material. Higher dosage can be used after verification by conducting lab and site trials. Overdos- ing may result in higher workability and delay in setting.

DISPENSING

MegaFlow P4 should be directly dispensed into the concrete mixer together with the mixing water.
