How ZINGA® Works
ZINGA® functions as an active zinc coating, forming a protective barrier against corrosion while also offering self-healing properties. If the coating is scratched, the surrounding zinc will sacrifice itself to protect the exposed steel, ensuring continued corrosion resistance.

How to Apply ZINGA®
1️⃣ Surface preparation: clean and remove rust, grease, or old coatings.
2️⃣ Mix Well: Stir thoroughly to ensure even zinc distribution.
3️⃣ First Coat: Apply a thin, even layer and let it dry for 10-15 minutes.
4️⃣ Second Coat: Apply after 1-2 hours for enhanced protection.
5️⃣ Top Coat (Optional): Apply a compatible sealer or paint at least 6 hours after the final ZINGA® coat for maximum adhesion and durability.
